Automatic Renewal ensures your membership benefits remain active, providing uninterrupted access to all our resources. If you ever wish to cancel, just contact our Member Services team at 334-585-2882.



After selecting your membership level, simply check the box labeled "Sign me up for Automatic Renewal and renew this membership automatically when it expires." The credit card you provide will be charged annually on the membership expiration date for the current price.

  • How do I opt in for automatic renewal of my membership?

    You can sign up for Automatic Renewal online. During checkout, select the option "Sign me up for Automatic Renewal and renew this membership automatically when it expires." Use the code AUTOMATIC to receive your 15% discount.*

  • What amount will I be charged after my first year of membership?

    You'll be charged the current rate for your membership level. The initial 15% discount applies only to your first year. You’ll be notified before the transaction in case you want to make changes.

  • How do I upgrade my membership if I’m enrolled in automatic renewal?

    You can upgrade anytime by contacting our Membership Department at 334-585-2882. The price difference will be charged at the time of the upgrade, and future renewals will reflect the new level.


  • What information do you need to process my automatic renewal?

    You’ll need to provide a valid credit card, which will be securely stored. If your card expires or changes, please notify us at 334-585-2882.


  • When will my credit card be charged?

    Your payment will be processed on the day your membership expires, ensuring continuous benefits, charged at the current membership rate.

  • What if membership dues increase?

    If membership rates change, we’ll notify you via email before the renewal so you can adjust your membership or cancel if needed.


  • How do I cancel automatic renewal?

    To cancel future renewals, please contact us via email at least 30 days prior to your renewal date at call 334-585-2882.


  • When will I receive my membership card after auto-renewal?

    You’ll receive your digital membership card within one week of your renewal transaction.


  • Is my membership refundable or transferable?

    Memberships are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
